As soon as we met Nicole we loved her. Her casual and kindness is exactly what came out of her personality and our photos. My seven months adored her. We had the most amazing time she just made this experience an enjoyable and fun moment. I didn’t feel like I was being photographed and I had to pose in any way. We really enjoyed our family photoshoot with Sydney Family Photography.Prior to the day, Nicole was very responsive via email and telephone. I found our conversations prior to the shoot assisted build rapport and made us feel at ease on the day.Being a parent to a small baby and toddler I find I’m often behind the lens and have no nice pictures with my children. Nicole understood this and ensured we got some beautiful memories for the future.Nicole recommended a location and we got some great pictures which were relaxed, casual and not overly styled. I’m so pleased with how the photoshoot turned out.The service post photoshoot was excellent. Nicole set up an online portal that we could view all our photos and select our favorites. After selecting our favorites, a usb was sent to us within days.I found the costs to be very reasonable compared to a family photoshoot we had earlier in the year. There were various different affordable packages to suit different budgets.I’m happy to recommend Nicole and Sydney Family Photography. Nicole went above and beyond in her service. The package that she produced was amazing.It’s obvious that Nicole is passionate about what she does and it shows in her products.

Nicole is just the most wonderful photographer you could work with. She is incredibly skilled - but also warm, kind, helpful and genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond to make you feel special from start to finish. She did an amazing job with our young kids on the day of our shoot and we were delighted with all the photos she took! Her post-shoot service was also fantastic - she was very responsive in helping us make decisions and ensured that we were happy with the end result. Nicole is an amazingly warm and friendly person who was instantly able to connect with the kids. She did a home visit with us to take photos of little Miss 5 months and both mum and bubba had a blast. The photos we received (within 24hrs no less) were truly amazing and captured our daughter perfectly in a range of settings and emotions. We will treasure these photos always and are immensely grateful to Nicole for capturing such a special memory so perfectly for us.
