Horrible experience at this place. Witnessed the staff folding the towels that they just used on our feet during reflexology back into the shelf where the CLEAN towels were stored. When I questioned the staff as to whether they use the same towels on different clients she simply states Oh! We try to rotate them around 'quite' frequently". The hot towels used on our dirty feet (taken from the towel warmer) were simply washed quickly by hand in the sink

Made an online booking for Floreat Forum. Arrived and they knew nothing about the online booking system and were fully booked.Total waste of my time and pointless having a booking system if it is not honoured.

If you want a day spa experience then this place is not for you. But if you are in pain and need help, then CP Massage Floreat Forum is the spot. Their focus is getting you back in your feet again, not flowery pampering massages that are useless. I am a qualified massage therapist and I also lived in China for 10 months experiencing their style. Their style is Chinese/remedial with reflexology, cupping, hot stones and Gua Sha. If you are particularly unwell and need a professional then Mimie and the Australian lady, whose name has slipped my mind, are very good.

The worst massage I have had in my entire life. First of all as soon as I walk in I wanted to leave, everything was so dirty, the walls, the bed was hard as a rock the towels did not look clean neither did the floor, everything was extremely crammed in a very squishy. And for the massage I called in advanced saying I wanted a back neck shoulder head and face massage, I get in there for my treatment and they have totally forgotten what I booked in for, throughout the massage the lady was uneven with her pressure one minute she was not going hard enough next she was using far too much pressure, she was massaging over my bones which is an absolute NO in massage I am a fully qualified beauty therapist and I can tell my therapist has no idea what she was doing and was not qualified. I told her specifically that my lower back was sore, she massaged my upper back for almost the entire massage and hardly touched my lower back and when she did she massaged it for about 5 minutes maximum. The over all experience horrible I left feeling worse then I came in was not a relaxing at all my therapist was loud with her words and carless, multiple phone rings on full blast and notifications from a phone that was not out on silent and no one told the client to turn it off they just let it ring out full volume! I am VERY upset with this experience and she didn’t even do my head and face massage that I paid for. I am so shocked that in such a nice suburb like floreat has such a bad massage clinic. Absolute waste of my money!

This placed used to have trained, qualified massage therapists. It certainly doesn’t anymore. Went in today for a 1hr remedial massage and I got half a bottle of baby oil poured into my skin and rubbed in vigorously.

Made a booking for 10am, arrived 5mins prior and was told next available was 1130am - despite having a booking.

Really good massage, I felt back pain before, and after the treatment I feel much better! Definitely be back!

Don't know why the bad reviews. I never have problem in that place. Consistently excellent service and never felt so relaxed in my life
