Our kitchen renovation experience with Direct Kitchen has simply been amazing.Julia from the Kitchen Design team spent almost 3 hours helping us design our new kitchen and resolving the issues hindering our requirements.The team were very helpful in accommodating our changes and advising on more practical kitchen solutions. Our kitchen installer Zeb installed the kitchen perfectly. The timely communication updates from Amaya and the service team helped us immensely and kept assuring us that our decision to select Direct Kitchens was the right one.We are extremely delighted with our new kitchen and would not hesitate in recommending them.

We have been so happy with the service and quality of work by Direct Kitchens in our new kitchen build. We were replacing an entire kitchen and in the end it involved a complete change to the layout as well. From the first visit by the designer it was clear that they were going to pay attention to detail. We had no idea what to do in the beginning, and he started making all sorts of suggestions that took us outside the box" and when we started having our own ideas he happily talked through them

We made the decision to renovate our kitchen last year and started the process of getting designs and quotes. We visited a number of kitchen specialists and got a number of quotes. Whilst Direct Kitchen was not the cheapest, the attention to detail and willingness on the part of the designer to challenge some of our ideas (always with good reason) impressed us. We decided to go with Direct Kitchens and could not be happier with the results. From the design consultations to the quoting process and the delivery and installation, everything was done professionally and efficiently. The final result is an outstanding kitchen that we are very happy with.

I am over the moon with my new kitchen. I found everyone from Direct Kitchen warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with, from design to completion. I organised my own Tradesmen ( as we were doing some major alterations) and they were more then happy to work with our time frame and around my Tradesmen.The end result is a stunning, model up to date Kitchen that function extremely well.

My wife and I recently demolished and installed a new kitchen manufactured and installed by Direct Kitchens and we cannot speak highly enough about the company, the people involved throughout the whole process, level of communication, build quality, workmanship, and professionalism was simply outstanding. The whole experience from the initial sales to design, manufacture, onsite installation to post-sales support was a seamless process and has resulted in a real showcase for our house delivering an amazing, quality kitchen for our house that we are immensely proud of and is an absolute pleasure to use every day. Direct Kitchens was easy to deal with. The design phase improved on what we had envisaged and solved a few problems we had not thought about. The range of options for finishes mean't we did not have to compromise on what we wanted the kitchen to look like. Even a late change to the benchtop was not a problem. The tradesmen were all on time and usually confirmed the date and time a few days prior. They all cleaned up after their work and were very pleasant to deal with. We recommend Direct Kitchens wholeheartedly.

From the initial sales conversation through to design and installation the whole process was very transparent. The team were very clear on design implications should you wish to change anything once you have signed off.The installer (Brock) was meticulous beyond belief ensuring the drawers on both sides of the galley kitchen were perfectly level, even though the walkway is 2m wide.This is my 4th kitchen with this company and have no hesitation in recommending their services

Beautiful kitchens, appalling communication and project management. Received a text message to say job wouldn’t be completed prior to Christmas and office closure to mid Jan. 3 week timeframe extended to 3.5 months. Frequently had to follow up or arrange trade attendances ourselves. Trades didn’t come when expected, and sometimes arrived when they weren’t expected. PM didn’t know what was completed or outstanding. Packaging material left inside range hood. Several email queries still remain unanswered. All up a disappointing and extremely stressful experience.
