This company has excellent PR. Jayken is a welcoming presence on the phone.They moved furniture from NSW to Melbourne under trying conditions.The two delivery men; Phillip (from an important military family) was efficient and organised beyond belief. This service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Rang on Thursday at 9.15am for a quote. I then called back and made a booking for Sunday at 11:30am. Jaiken answered both times. He then asked for text message with photo of job, pick up and delivery details. I sent text at 9.30am Thursday. Sunday comes around and no removilist turns up. I called Jaiken, and he answered stating no job existed and he would not he turning up for the job, he then became rude and abusive, before hanging up the phone. Jakien deserves a minus 100 for his customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone, never mind a dog. Extremely poor.

If I could give Jaiken a Zero I would, he has failed to show up twice now. I had a good experience the first time I used his service, but since then it has been appalling. He never calls back and never shows up...good luck if you decide to use their service...you may be waiting indefintely.

Organised a time for furniture to be delivered. Received a text message at 10pm asking to confirm payment and time and since I was ASLEEP I didn’t reply and an hour later they sent another message saying job had been cancelled. Not only did it mess around the person I purchased the furniture from, they never delivered it and I lost money, wasted my time and the buyers time. Now the person had vacated the property and I lost a purchase that was desperately needed.

I am so impressed by the professionalism of the boys (Adam and Dylan) who delivered my Freedom table today. They notified me before arriving, were quick and provided a smile with their service and went beyond their requirements by putting together my flat pack. 5/5 stars. Will use this service again.

Fantastic company to move with. Jaiken organised everything, and Adam and Dylan were brilliant on the day. Super fast move - everything was packed, driven & unpacked in 2.5 hours. Definitely recommended for smaller residential moves!

Excellent service and a difficult move made easy because of the two guys who moved us. Went out of their way to help whenever asked, no damage anywhere and worked fast and efficiently. A great job and recommend them to anyone wanting to move anywhere.

I cannot not recommend these guys enough. My initial enquiry with Jaiken was so easy. On the day of our move James, Jeremy and Dean showed up on time, got on with the job including carrying several heavy items upstairs and didn’t whinge or look like anything was too hard at any point, despite it being ridiculously hot and muggy. They even did the job 30 mins under the quoted time. They were thoroughly nice guys too. We were so impressed we would recommend to all and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks for making our move so easy :)
