Not a reliable business. Would recommend using a payment method that you can get your money back from. We extended good will to Tobias from South Side Custom blasters for goods on contra. The account has been defaulted due to non payment.Since trying to resolve for over 8 weeks Tobias has told many different tall story’s to why he can’t resolve the issue.The matter is still not resolved and the company seems to be trading without any capital. Customers beware when shopping. If and when the matter is resolved we would be happy to revise the review.Looking forward to having the matter resolved.

Ordered from company had nothing but issues constantly chasing him up and now refusing to give me a full refund is ignoring my messages. Order was placed on the 22nd of January.

21/11/2021 order placed and paid in full. Tried to get in touch hopelessly with owner. He replied twice. Second time he promised tracking number and shipping within two days and guess what, four days later still nothing. Requested delivery, or refund because of misleading and still no answer, no delivery, no refund. So only step left is legal advice and further assistance from the law.Disappointed and angry with myself for trusting and believing into online store scams.Stay away and check first...

I've been buying from southside blasters for roughly a year now and I can't fault his service.Great customer service a very good attitude.I had a issue with lost post a few weeks ago any southside blasters wiped into action got it rectified very quickly and I was amazed and that respons alone has made me a customer for life. Always very helpful. 10/10 best in Australia. On another occasion I requested a special N4 and was not sure where to get one but southside blasters took my request and presented me the exact blaster I wanted a week later. Honestly amazing customer service

Did owe people within the industry and used every excuse under the sun not to pay for months. have had many people contact my business Prestige Blasters who have been ripped off asking me for help. Company is running without any capital whatsoever. Lots of fake good reviews being given which looks like its from the Owner.Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I placed an order with owner of Southside Custom Blasters. Paid almost $1000 up front so items could be ordered. Owner promised a refund as he could no longer supply items I ordered. Since the moment he agreed to refund he has ignored all communication and refuses to acknowledge anything.No way in hell I would recommend dealings with this man or his business. I am still out of pocket as he has to this date ignored all communication.I even forwarded bank details again which he has chosen to ignore.As far as I’m concerned this is theft and this individual will be facing charges.
