I was without a car and unable to make my way down for a test drive, and Matt was able to come to my house in the car I wanted, pick me up, and off we went. He was so nice and I really enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend OGR - today I had exceptional customer service from Cory as a 'walk-in' customer (following my phone call last week) which Cory remembered and facilitated today for me. The lovely lady from detailing attended to my request, politely, diligently and respectfully. I was offered a refreshment, water, etc (with a 'can do' attitude) and even my car key issue was fixed without hesitation.All of the above was done graciously and without no cost to me. Well done OGR for an amazing customer experience. Highly recommend their service and team approach.

After checking the website to ensure OGR was open we drove 2 hours with the intention of buying a new car. Unfortunately on arrival the business was closed ..... very unhappy.
