The team did an excellent job with my much loved horse. They were cost conscious for me even though I would've re-mortgaged my house if it meant I could've saved him. They let me annoy them by camping out for hours in his stall all day, before and after work and on weekends. Never once bugged" me about my account that I tried to keep on top of. I was beyond salvageable when we euthanised him but I will always remember how lovely and supportive the team were."

What a wonderful, caring place. Had my first experience with these lovely people this morning when I brought in an injured wild deer, the two ladies handled the situation with such care and grace. I don't live in the area but would strongly consider driving the 2 hours to use them for my own horse in the future if required. So so so impressed by the service.

My horse had suffered an injury to his head. Each attendance for this injury was pleasant. They took time to listen to what I had to say and they were excellent with my horse. The vet was also very clear regarding what needed to be done in relation to care and medication.

Love agnes banks! Always so professional. Their clinic is top notch and i was blown away with the amount of vets there. Christine helped me and found why my horse was lame right away, even though it was tragic news I could finally come to a conclusion after months of not knowing. She was wonderful
