I can’t recommend Tom and Baxter mowers more. Tom really looked out for me when the mower I purchased was having issues and the company was no help. This is what customer service needs to be.....make sure to go here for all your mower needs.

these guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST and I will not be taking our mower to anyone else ... EVER.They go out of their way to help, are innovative in their approach to fixing problems, are on time, polite, and I can honestly say I am more than happy with their service. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I can't speak highly enough.This is the ONLY place our mower will be going to.

Said would ring when parts arrived.They didn't.Wrong parts.Reordered and said would ring when parts arrived again.They didn't.Attitude in shop sucked.16/2 Just heard from the owner, David, very concerned about my initial reveiw. I explained the situation and he was most apologetic. Told me the issue has been delt with.I give him 4 stars for the follow up and addressing the problem.Will be back again.
