This place was quite the find. Although on the main road it's set back and is a peaceful and tranquil place to stay. Many choices of accommodation. Gorgeous cabins overlooking creek and stunning garden areas. Louise was a great host. Definitely will be back.

Absolutely amazing place! Great spot for a romantic getaway or a relaxing time away from the everyday bustling city life. Continental breakfast or dinner upon request or restaurant and coffee shop at walking distance or you could even make your own in the fully equipped kitchen in your room. Friendly owners. Wonderful service. Location so beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful hidden gem - highly recommend the Laurels for your next stay in Chinchilla. We stayed in the chookery cabin for 2 nights and found the decor was tasteful and rustic with all the mod cons available. Good sized bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. The river views and full size bath(my first bubble bath in nature) on the verandah made our stay peaceful and tranquil. . Gardens maintained and lovely to wander around. The breakfast was continental and generous, fresh with a lovely ambience. The location is very private yet close to the town.

Held my wedding here and could not be happier. The atmosphere and surroundings are stunning. I was able to hold my ceremony,reception here and photos. No need to go elsewhere. The owners are wonderful. Highly recommended

Attended a beautiful wedding here over the weekend. The place was stunning. This beautiful venue has that old country feel that makes you want to put your feet up with a coffee and read a good book. The world falls away at The Laurels and fills you with a sense of calm. Would highly recommend for an intimate private wedding, girls trip away or a break from the city. The perfect country retreat.

Great little rooms was very comfortable, only let down no hot water in basin or kiten Sink. Very nice bathroom and outdoor area aswell.

A green oasis with a lovely hostess, the garden area was beautiful and breakfast served on the veranda was great. I was a teensie bit disappointed with our room, rather dated bathroom and small. Still enjoyed our stay.
