Educators were great, but the management lets the team down. (Krystal O’Sullivan I’m looking at you) lies to your face, says what you want to hear, then does the complete opposite. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed with this centre, and how management handles complaints. My 7 month old came home dehydrated (urine was brown, off to the doctors we went) on one occasion and was not offered his bottles at correct times on a second occasion, therefore missed a feed. After picking this information up on the OWNA app, I questioned the educators. To have one say I told you what time his bottle was due the other denies it. After taking the complaint to management the OWNA app details were suddenly changed. Changed to make out my 7 month old son refused his feed. How poor of your staff and management to do such a thing to a baby.....Falsified the app information, really how disgusting. YES I have taken this complaint to the education department and the proof that the details in the owna app suddenly changed.I would NOT recommend this centre to anyone.If you do have children here, keep screen shots of communication on the app before you speak to staff or make a complaint.

Have been with the centre over a year now and have never had an issue. All the staff are friendly, kind and respectful. This year has been a highlight for us with the educators in my daughters room (Honeybees) Lauren, Anastasia and Nadia. The curriculum they have put together and time and effort they put into setting up different experiences for all the kids is unbelievable. From organising excursions to teaching them different languages at 2 years old is crazy! They are dedicated to the kids and it shows, they treat them like their own. She asks us to see them on the days she’s not in the centre that’s saying something! Thanks so much Lauren, Anastasia and Nadia for everything you do.

We have had an amazing experience at Gumboots! My two girls love all the amazing arts and crafts and activities that the teachers provide. Our girls adore the staff, it is our home away from home.Thank you for taking such good care of our family.

Both my kids have been going to Gumboots Sth Morang for nearly 3 years since it opened and the staff and educators are the best ever to my kids and I adore all of them they and they help both my kids in any needs they have and support them and teach and take care of them well and always call me to keep me updated on their day . I always get a hello as soon as we walk in the centre in the morning they are so sweet. Best child care centre around and the cleanliness is spot on so clean and the food they make is perfectly healthy and my kids eat everything . We love Gumboots Sth Morang

Highly recommend Gumboots Early Learning South Morang. My son had been at another daycare centre for a year and had a very bad experience there to point never wanted to go would even cry when I picked him up was like a huge relief for him that I finally picked him up. Now since changing his centre to Gumboots he has been extremely happy, excited to go everyday, excited when we are driving down the street to daycare he scream My Daycare. Staff are all extremely lovely, you are kept very informed about what they have been doing each day, what and how much they ate, nappy changes/toilet tries, sunscreen applications and so much more. The centre has fantastic programs and very educational based as well. Fantastic clean facilities and wonderful play areas inside and out. If you are thinking of a childcare centre for your child definitely go have a tour at gumboots you won't be disappointed.

Horrible,unpleasant, and unprofessional from ALL employee's and management. Staff do NOT work as a team with a great lack of communication between them. They hide and constantly change the app details once being questioned about my child's food and water intake. The information is altered so much I wouldn't know what to believe, very untrustworthy people and not a safe environment for your children to be left in their hands.My child was left without food and water on 25° and 28° days. I was not notified about my child not taking to he's bottles. Dehydration can lead to death very quickly, i was fortunate enough to see the apps first update before they changed it to appear as if my child qas to be fed. I have screenshots of this. The authorities have been contacted as this raises great concern and is most likely happening to all other children there.This place should be closed down!

My little one is in the honeybees room and I the educators in his room have gone abound and beyond and are so supportive of my little ones development needs. All the staff are welcoming every morning with a smile and the Centre manager Mary has been very supportive. The OWNA app that is used is such a great tool and keeps you updated with what has happened for the day and I love the photo updates.

Great place to send your kids, butterflies room is awesome

My son has been in Gumboots for just over a year now and started when he was 8 months old.I travel 20-25 minutes to take him there and 20-25 minutes to pick him up.I have been searching for a centre which is closer to home to enrol him into, but no where compares as this place has set my standards of what childcare should be like, SO HIGH!Every single staff member is absolutely amazing! The centre is clean! The kids are always so happy!I have never witnessed such a caring environment!They go above and beyond for the kids and are always introducing new resources, communicating with the children, doing group activities and always searching for ways to improve the centre!Mary is also such an amazing centre manager! She makes sure that everyone is always so happy and she is so easy to speak too also!Thanking the team at Gumboots for taking care of my baby boy! He’s always so happy at drop off and pick ups!This company needs to know the worth of every employee here. Can’t talk them up enough!
