If you have shopping to do that's fine or walk the nearby lilydale lake circuit. The self check in function makes it easy. Once you register they will text you when your up next. There is also an app to gain rewards.

Took my little boy in for a haircut here - he is absolutely terrifyed of getting his hair cut. I called to make sure they would be happy to do it even if he screamed the shop down, they were so lovely on the phone and said absolutely they’d be happy to help. We went down and took him in and honestly I was totally blown away by their support, patience and perseverance to work with him and I to not only get my 3 year olds hair cut finally but to try and make him have a totally new opinion on haircuts. The hairdresser Katie got down on his level multiple times and with such love tried to show him the clippers were nothing to be afraid of and let him feel and hear them, she even showed him how they cut on her own hair! Once he had the courage to go ahead with the cut she heard him when he needed a break and happily gave that to him too. Honestly couldn’t believe how patient and caring they were of both me and my little boy to help us get it done. Walked out with hi-5’s in the end! Can’t recommend them enough!

Out of the last 10 hairdresser I've been to they did the best hair cut thanks ladies.

Went in for my 5yr daughters hair cut, we got William he was great, very gentle and talking to her to make her feel comfortable as she was a little scared at first. Would go there again.Even the ladies doing other hair were friendly when we walked in saying hi and acknowledging us.

Today my partner had walked in for our daughters haircut. My partner had looked on the website which advertises “no appointment needed”. She walks in 2 minutes after opening and was greeted with that she will need to wait 2 hours for a haircut cause people called up for an appointment earlier. My partner had questioned that the fact it says no appointments needed and the person had said “do you want the appointment or not”. This company should change its name to “Just Cuts” to “cuts and attitude”
