- Long queues- No way to get out of the queue once you’re inside their driveway should you not be prepared to wait for hours on end- Finding out that they’ve closed up earlier than their advertised opening hours when trying to avoid busy times- Dodgy countingAVOID!!!

The Balcatta Return It facility has easy access and very little to no wait time, especially during the week. Weekends are alot busier but I have never waited more than 15 minutes. The facility is extremely clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

I was there today on a Wednesday around 11.00, after I passed the other container refund facility in Balcatta and 6 cars where lining up there. I was in and out in 10 minutes, one of two costumers.Just keep in mind that the volume doesn't reflect the refund, a box of crushed cans get you more than a wool bag of plastic bottles!!Last thing this facility is a bit tricky to find on the web if you don't know the name!

Used to be great. Apart from the wait times I have had on 3 occasions been short changed for my bottles. Today I decided to try again and had sat there counting to triple check prior to coming. Again like clockwork I got short changed and appreciate it’s only a small amount each time but it’s not the point. When I challenge the young team member today he told me it’s only 40 cents. I showed him my list with each box count number and he said I could be lying. I’m sorry but I told him the number before he started and I saw him write on his sheet once. The staff on during the week are much better than the weekend staff. Not impressed at all!

The weekend staff here can be extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. Snappy and disrespectful, in particular one young man who is the reason I won't come back here.

Wow, what a service? If you want to waste around 2 hours, avail service at this station. Once you get in the queue, there is no way you can exit without exchanging the containers. Frustrating

It was fine when it first opened, now every time I go there there is a queue out the driveway. I tried twice today to no avail. If you’re not prepared to waste over an hour sitting in the scorching sun forget it.There must be a faster way of operating this place, as at this rate, it’s not worth the time, nobody has the time! Hire more people? Stay open past 4pm? Or maybe even put up a shade cloth so we aren’t idling for hours with our A/C on…? Just some ideas.

A quick and easy exchange in an enclosed building, no rain drops falling on your head. The staff were friendly and very efficient in processing the cans and bottles that I had to drop off. I would highly recommend Return It Balcatta.
