Excellent experience. I hate shopping for clothes but I was helped out and very quickly found a good fitting suit that is much better than my old suit, and actually looks good on me. I bought the first suit I tried on, because they knew exactly what size worked, and it made it an easy task. Would happily shop here again

Had an hour to suite up !! , boys smashed a wicked Italian wool suit and matched a tie, and a shirt.Was in and out in 30 min including the alterations . You guys are GREAT .. best customer service and a great experience for someone like me who dislikes shopping the most . Keep up the great work guys.

Only giving 5 stars because its not the owners fault the bloke working there (the one that clearly enjoys man on man love) was an absolute passive aggressive smarta** dog! The bloke thought I wasn't going to spend any money there, then got the shock of his life when i pulled out $100 notes! i needed the suit for court! This incident happened two and a half years ago, its only taken me this long to write the review because I only got released from jail yesterday!

Customer Service at this store is honestly horrible. I had already being waiting 15 minutes whilst they served other customers, which is completely fine and not a problem but not once did they acknowledge me and say they would be with me in a moment.Then when one of them had finished with there customer i stood there for a further few minutes whilst he is walking around me. then he proceeds to say oh sorry

To get the sale the service is great but the Afterservice leaves a LOT to be desired . From no notifications or updates for weeks to the suit not being steamed/pressed or even presented in a suit bag . For the price they charge this is unacceptable service highly disappointed . Buyer beware !
