I tried this place for the first time on Saturday; firstly, it was the most rushed Mani and Pedi have ever had. They didn’t even really do it! They just shaped my nails.I got shellac on my hands which came of literally on a same day just before my event!There was absolutely no apology or sympathy when I went back to get them fixed; instead I was confronted by a rod staff.. Never going back there again!

The worst service . My nails were damaged as they were rushed and pulled the SNS off without soaking it .I would not recommend this place . Also they didn't wash or sanitise their hands .

I have worst nightmare when they hurt my thumb and bleedingduring clean up my nails with their manicure tools and happened twice and i was fine at the beginning but after all the pain didn't go away for over 3 days. They keep a lot of client and doing very super hurry job to get more customers but not careful enough to take care of their customer. The price is reasonable but i will never come back again which i find still some place with better quality of service with similar price.

Edited to add: Gel has lasted nearly 2 weeks now and apart from 1 chip it still looks like new. Have updated rating to 3/5 stars.The service puts me off going back again. I found it unfriendly and rushed. They talked amongst themselves in their native tongue the whole time which I think is rude, particularly in customer service.Good price for a gel mani and it looks good but it's not enough that I would go back.

Went here as my usual nail place was closed. Had a shellac manicure , by the following day it was peeling off not just chipped actually peeling. I could pull the shellac off in one big strip. I went back and they did It again ... same thing happened. Was a shame I wanted to like this place but the polish they use was awful I usually get 2 weeks out of shellac not 2 days!

I had the worst french nail design. I said it didn’t look the same as the picture I showed them. They said if you want like the picture you have to pay more money.

Best acrylic nails - they last over a month! Very good for eyebrow wax and tint too.
