Dr.Ted is our family dentist for a very long time, he is professional, knowledgeable and give you valuable feedback on how best to protect your teeth, there are technology availabe to take snapshot of your affected area and able to show you on screen to have a better understanding on what went wrong with your teeth, office environment is comfortable and kids friendly, the crew are polite and helpful, highly recommended :)

I am a father of two and we have been seeing Dr Moon for the past year.I cannot recommend him highly enough as he is very thorough and I love the fact that he will explain the problem and the possible treatment for the problem before performing the procedure.

I have been visiting Dr Ted Moon for over 7 years and he was the first dentist who I found was more concerned on what procedures are actually required rather than what make most money for the dentistWhen he shifted his base from Melbourne CBD to Ashwood rather than changing my dentist to one who is closer to me , I simply decided to visit Dr Moon in his new office.

Staffs are kind and professional. Dr Moon does great works on treatments and recommendations. I like the fact that he doesn't suggest you to take unnecessary treatments. Very trustworthy!

He listens and explains very well. However, I find it very disappointing he recommended a practice that I had never been suggested from my previous dentists which was quite costy. Followed his suggestion but the issue recurred in just two days. Would not recommend or go back.
