If anyone needs help with tax time this is the place to be. Everyone is happy and welcoming explaining everything they do. Any questions or quieries are sorted. Nothing is to much or going to take to long. Good old fashion customer service.

Completed my tax with H & R block for the second time they did a great job best $$$ return i am getting back for years could not ask for anything better.

Got my tax done here last year 2017. I have since discovered that some expenses were lodged incorrectly which made me lose out on a higher refund. This happened due to an inexperienced staff member performing complex tax claims. Seriously considering not coming back this year. Need someone with a bit more experience. Good for simple tax claims. Staff are friendly and attentive. Accuracy is everything.Edit 2018: went back, worst mistake. An even worse experience than previous years. Was made to feel like a criminal for claiming expenses that related to my actual job. Then had to debate with the employee about my right to claim these expenses. She then called headoffice for advice and they AGREED with me!Disgusting treatment. Your employees should be advocating for the interests of their clients whilst complying with taxation law. I shouldn't have to beg for a reasonable deduction I'm entitled to. Won't be coming back to this place anymore. Rather give my money to people who actually care about their clients.

Love the convenience of the online appointment system. They are a bit pricey but their systems have checks in place which don't miss a thing and eliminate human errors so you can be sure of getting the max refund, which I think is worth it. I can't say the same for other accountants I've used in the past.

Got my tax done by Allison and she was so great! Really friendly and quick. Overall great experience thanks Allison!

If I could give less than one star.. I would. Angelica was the rudest accountant, which is such a shame, as I have always had such a wonderful experience here. My submission was not even filed... I find out she did not even bother to process it nearly a year later. The entire experience with her during the session made me uncomfortable due to her condescending and abrupt personality. Every question I asked, I was made to feel like a child. I will not be returning this financial year, nor do I recommend anyone see her.

My husband & I thought we would try H&R Block after feeling as though we weren’t getting the best returns from our previous tax man (who we had been seeing for 4 years). Well what a mistake that was!!! I’m still in disbelief with our whole experience. First of all our appointment took THREE hours!!! We had a trainee who made so many mistakes which caused delays. I understand people need to learn but that’s just ridiculous! As new clients you’d think they’d want us to return! What made matters worse was the fact we had our 4 & 5 year old with us & I’m heavily pregnant! Within the 3 hours we were given 3 different return totals?? All wrong of course! At one point, another senior accountant came in to the office & said to my husband & I ‘I hope she hasn’t been too painful’ while the trainee was photocopying stuff. Which I thought was horrible! I would’ve appreciated being told at the beginning that we were dealing with someone that had little experience. Finally after our appointment, the day was already over & so we went out for dinner, to only get another call from H&R Block saying they made more mistakes & they can’t process our returns because certain documents weren’t signed!!!! So I had to go home print all the docs they emailed me & return the next day to hand them in! It’s been nearly 3 weeks now & have not received our returns as of yet. Continued checking the status online & it said our returns were lodged on Friday the 20th. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS ON THE 9th!!!! Save yourself time & headaches & go elsewhere!
