If YOUR AN OWNER DO NOT use this Real Estate.We were tenants at the property 39 Cypress Street, Kuluin.The house flooded with our sewerage from the ORG being covered up by an unapproved deckingAt the time of the floods, the real estate stipulated no trades could be called to the property. As tenants,we had to locate trades and attend to cleaning of the property. What followed was a house that was almost unliveable with the real estate not carrying out any works to rectify the house for almost a year. We terminated the lease in term due to the numerous breaches of the real estate under the tenancy act.My advice, if you care about your house and want a property rental service to take care of your property. DO NOT use this service.Future tenants, do not go through this real estate. The are not good people

This realestate should be investigated for fraudulent claims, lies and theft.They have a very consistent track record of making false claims against their tenants and trying to claim the whole bond. They have a huge amount of rental properties that are falling apart and they use this to their advantage when it comes to releasing bond back to their tenants. They also make up fake documentation for inspection reports and never follow through on maintenance requests, even when they could be hazardous and potentially harmful to the tenants.I could continue for hours listing all the reasons i would a steer clear of this company, they are wolfs and have zero care or consideration for their tenants.Shame on you SCPR.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish from Kristy and her team. We chose SCPR on recommendation from our builder as we were in the process of building an investment property and needed an exceptional property management service.From the very start, communication has been exceptional. Accurate information, clarity and transparency of their fees and all the processes. They have handled every thing for us right down to arranging the landlords insurance and sorting out the depreciation schedule.The icing on the top was the team securing a tenant for the property even before handover was completed.We couldn’t be happier with the team.Overall, this has been a completely stress free process for us.Highly recommended to both tenants and landlords.

Extremely disappointed. Put in an application for a rental property and did not hear anything for nearly 3 weeks. In those 3 weeks the property price changed, as well as the move in date and I did not receive any notification of this. Called after 2 weeks to check on the application as I noticed they were having their SECOND open house, still with no notification/ communication of this, and was told the applications were still processing. Wanted to be patient so did not call back until nearly 3 weeks after and on the call was then told another applicant was successful. We were not told anything and instead sat around for 3 weeks waiting for nothing. I will be avoiding all rental properties from this company. Extremely let down and just feel plain stupid.

Worse Property Management on the coast been living with mould and broken things in the house for seven months paying $1100 a week rent. All they want to do is inspect the property take photos and do nothing about it multiple inspections multiple times having to take off work to let people in, Them going through your cupboards and commenting on your personal stuff. Can’t wait to get out of my lease…Finally been kicked out of this disgusting rental at 5/79 Parkyn Parade Mooloolaba which is full of mould and making us sick the problems with this property are ongoing and I highly recommend anyone wanting to rent this property to do your diligence as all the property managers play dumb, Brandi Wikaira he’s probably way over ahead with this disgusting property that she doesn’t know how to deal with it professionally because they have an influx of people out of rent they just palm off housing commission style properties to anyone and treat them like low people I have my solicitor doing a nice page up the Sunshine Coast daily about them stay tuned.If you’re a property owner of or a property renting, Sollee property managers as Sunshine Coast property rentals, Their main income is to maximise from both sides and play both sides only rent of agencies that sell properties and manage properties as they are in it for themselves because they have no other stream of income so don’t get full as an owner or a renter!!
