MSY - Auburn

MSY beats Scorptech anyday. I lost a critical screw when installing a drive, went to Scorptech first, told me no such a screw for sell, and then went to MSY, again, no screw for sell, but MSY mate just gave me a couple for free immediately. That is how you retain customers.

Fantastic pricing. This comes with a caveat you must know what you are buying before approaching as there are no products on display as inventory is kept back of house, and to be fair a few stores operate in this matter. I have not had any real negative experiences here and service inline with my expectations, and for what it is worth I digress back to the original point if you need boutique service you'll have to pay for it.

It took me a bit of time to find but the staff members were very patient to help me find my mouse and help me place an order. I highly recommend you to go to this place as it is cheap yet good quality

I have picked up my last few computers from the Auburn MSY branch. Always great prices and they even gave me a small discount on a GPU upgrade because the one I was after was not in stock for a system build.I've found the support really good if you use email. My water cooler was out of store warranty but they still let me bring it in and they ended up swapping it to a large HSF that was brilliant and cost me nothing because the unit was under manufacturer warranty (i think). That PC was already a couple of years old and that kept it going a few more years. The latest PC I got from them is a dream.

They don’t have enough stock. Used to be great but no longer. Dont waste your time. Scorptec has much better service.

MSY - the place to go for PC & peripherals. Beats most other competitors on price. Be forewarned, this is not a place to come if you want to test/play with products or want advice. Do your research elsewhere and you won't be disappointed with the service!

The staff are not salespeople, however, they are extraordinarily helpful and patient IF you come prepared with an idea of what you need.I have purchased and will continue to purchase from this store. It's a no nuisance shop, quick in and out. Check stock availability online to save yourself hassle. If picking up in store, there is convenient and ample parking. Don't expect the staff to make suggestions, or to tell you what you need, do expect staff to offer helpful input on prices and similar products that they have available.

Very poor customer service. Both Auburn and Online stores both never pick up the phone and never return calls or emails. Purchased the desktop Sep 2021 online and received it with compatible issues. Then brought the desktop to Auburn store and waited for 1 week to have an issue found. Auburn store asked to buy a new motherboard to solve the issue, which I did. The original purchased online motherboard was left at Auburn store who said they will contact online to get it refunded. Till now 26 November, online store keeps asking me where the motherboard is. Now, cannot contact either online or Auburn store. Only I can do is leaving this google review and then pursue it further with Fair Trading.
