I absolutely love Philippa’s Yoga sessions.She always knows how to create a good atmosphere, even in the worst wether she brings some candles and creates the most peaceful and calm atmosphere.She is a great Yoga instructor taking us on the best both physical and spiritual journey each time.After every session I feel more relax, happy inside and out.Thank your Body Shape Female Fitness Centre Warringah Mall for providing us such high quality instructors like Phillippa Taylor.

James was fabulous in taking me through all the options the gym has to offer. I think the teachers are very professional and I love the freedom of women’s only, all ages (and no matter what level of fitness you are) you are very encouraged to push yourself out of your comfort zone in order to get fit !! I think it’s a fabulous and dynamic gym and it inspires and motivates me in coming to the exercise classes.

Favourite gym! The classes are amazing, especially body pump. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help their members. I've been to a few women's only gyms and this one is by far my favourite. I feel so comfortable and motivated. I Definitely recommend joining.

Great place- everyday you can find lesson for you with great teachers or you can go just to the gym. Really friendly stuff:)

I think the atmosphere of this gym is 10/10, and perfect for beginners of all ages to get experience with weight lifting in a pretty much completely judge-free/ ego lifting-free atmosphere, with no unwanted stares.Some points of feedback would be that the gym is quite small, which in any other instance would be a problem but because not that many people go it's not a big deal. However, I think unstaffed hours should be considered, because some people work late and can't get there early, especially on weekends. It's very annoying getting all the way there and realising it's closed because it's Sunday, or getting kicked out of the gym mid set (Which has happened multiple times).If those concerns aren't a problem for you I would 100% recommend this gym, when I first started out it was the best gym I could have asked for. However, now that I'm progressing, and for those who are becoming more advanced lifters, it might be time to switch to a bigger gym, with unstaffed hours.(Also a big thanks to the lovely body-shape team, you're all lovely!)

If you live on the northern beaches and you are a women, this is the gym for you. Lovely staff, motivating instructors and personal trainers. They all go above and beyond and support you on your fitness journey. I feel so comfortable training in their female only environment. They have an amazing kids club with the most beautiful staff, I can train and have ‘me time’ knowing my little one is safe and having so much fun with the massive range of activities. 1000% recommend.

Love this gym such a warm friendly atmosphere . Great place to workout . Deb the owner is fantastic makes sure you feel very welcome there . Enjoyed the fab yoga excellent instructors

Love this place, the staff are lovely and being a female only gym makes a huge difference to your confidence. Great place to start off! I just wished they would stay open longer over the weekend for night time/late arvo sessions. 5 stars!!

I love the positive energy of this gym! The instructors are friendly and enthusiastic. There's a great range of classes to choose from, and being a women's gym it's such a supportive environment to get back in shape. Highly recommend.
