Cake was good but the cream was pretty frozen in the middle even tho it was sitting out in the warm hall for an hour. It looked good but not at detailed as I requested a few times.I think the biggest down fall was customer service. I felt like I wasn’t understood or listened to and there wasn’t any great communication coming from the counter service.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. No customer service. Have been buying from here for few years but no more. Travelled all the way to pickup cake n they closed. I understand closing time but I called to say I will be 5 mins only. Obviously he doesn’t need business. Over the phone he said yes thats fine. He was inside and didn’t open or pickup my phone. Going elsewhere for my cakes now.

Be aware! They sell n expired cakes to the customersI did not realise until 3 days after I bought it.(just now)it was expired on 9 of this month and i bought it on friday which actually off on thrusday? I should go back to the shop to tell them, but Didn’t because of long wayNever coming backmt Druitt is local and much nice place to visit with less attitude of ladies!!Expired cakes should go in bin not in customer stomach."

Ordered a medium cake early in the week, arrive for collection on Saturday morning to be told that apparently the baker was “sick” (this is a large company, that’s not good enough) and I could have a smaller version of the cake and 2 quarter cakes. No offer of a refund for the difference, just a cake and two quarters. I’m sure that will look amazing when placed on the table for birthday celebrations. Thanks for ruining our birthday celebration.

Very poor customer service. When asked the staff that the cake doesnt look like the one I ordered, the staff said very coldly responded if I have doubts. When I can clearly see the difference. What a start for my wonderfully planned special day.

I bought two birthday cakes in separate occasions and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The appearance of the cakes received were not as good as the ones displayed on the website. The cakes also tasted terrible. They are not even cheap to buy. I will definitely not buy any more cake from this store.

I had to walk out today because the person behind the counter couldn’t understand a word I was saying. I had to show her the cake I wanted because she tried to pick up 3 different cakes.I’ll never be back

This shop is an absolute disgrace to the brand. Here is a photo of the cake I ordered vs the photo online. Not fresh, very stale and gross tasting. When I questioned them saying this looking nothing like the photo they said the photo is not uploaded on the webpage. This turned out to be a complete lie as I contacted head office to make a complaint. So not only can they not bake a cake there also liars.You should be a shame!!!!!!

Bought a cheesecake, end up in bin. What a waste of money and ruined birthday cake! The cheesecake taste sour and not eatable. It could be off, i wont bother going back as i barely walk just had surgery. I did make an effort to buy and surprise someone but this shop sold me an off food.
