Purchased a $2000 lounge as was told last day of sale at that price… after purchasing I decided to look and realised they’d had it that price for the past year. I asked for my money back as I decided upon reading reviews that the quality of the lounge may not be worth the risk and they refused… hadn’t received the lounge either was still at the store. I asked for an invoice which I was told would be given to delivery any other questions I asked the reply would start with “ as you were told etc” I felt this to be really rude and pointed it out to them. I’ve asked for the invoice to be posted so will update if I don’t receive. Once sitting on the lounge the leather went loose and imprinted ( I’m not a big person) I sent them a photo they tried to say it’s normal and I know very well it’s not. I’ve owned leather lounges which have never done this and I can only imagine what this will look like after a few months. What a waste of money quality is extremely poor…. Avoid there are so many furniture stores with five star reviews don’t waste your money you won’t be supported by these sellers and I think their reviews speak volumes… also asking what the warranty was I was told one year by a worker and two by a manager god knows as I have no paperwork. I may contact consumer affairs in regards to the quality and suggest any other person experiencing the same do so also.. update they had cancelled their business registration under asic on the 16th sep 21 you can search the information online… the owner refuses to answer my emails in regards to this… I will proceed through court please be aware of this company it’s not worth the headache they have no intention putting customers first it’s clearly all about money. They are not abiding by the breaches made through consumer affairs and this will now be a court matter… still haven’t received an invoice via email or mail….

Purchased a large dining suite, and in less than 2 years splits have appeared along most of the joins. You can fit credit cards between them. Called to ask what could be done, was told it was out of warranty, sorry. Very disappointed that they didn’t want to see it, nor did they offer any options.Clearly you don’t always get what you pay for, as it cost us way more than we received.

Went in to buy a lounge wasn't offered help only followed around as if I was going to steal something, he thinks he is God, I would never recommend any body go there or buy anything from him

Frustration High! Don't expect gentleman service from that doggy owner. He is rude and wants you to buy whatever he showed you. You are not allowed to check on things and ask further questions, he simply jumped on you and start swearing. He his not good for the job whatever he is doing. The salesman boy seems yo be fair and Will do whatever he can.

Fabulous customer service today, salesperson took the time to show me lounges and give me info on them, I bought the Monroe :) Thankyou!!

My first visit today, staff were super nice and helpful. I would totally recommend dropping in, they sure as s**t had some comfortable recliners.

NO after sales service and extremely rude owner.Would NEVER shop there again and would recommend anyone consider carefully if planning to purchase from this business.

Wide range of items to choose from, huge shop floor. Got help from two assistants, but I made it clear I was just looking and they did not bat an eyelid as we left the store without making a purchase as I was not ready to yet and they sat down at the desk with the owner, one on their phone, completely dismissive even after thanking them out of pure respect to not receive any back. Unfortunately I will not be returning..and especially after reading the reviews.
