I’ve used All Elements Plumbing and Gas twice now (for both plumbing and gas work), and will happily have them back when the need arises. Ben and Cooper arrive on time, have an eye for detail, clean up when they’ve completed the job, are competitive when it comes to costs, and are genuinely lovely blokes.

I rang early in the morning (7.00 a.m.) and Ben was able to get to me by mid-morning... He promtly fixed all the taps in my bathroom (one leaky and the other one wouldn't turn off at all...) He was friendly and polite and didn't over-charge me for his services. I've bookmarked him and would certainly use his services again and recommend him to anyone in need of an honest plumber.

Ben is a fantastic tradesman and helped to diagnose and repair an odd storm water pipe from the 70’s, all in one afternoon. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and extremely fair pricing. I will be continuing to use their services into the future. Highly recommended

Ben came out to us on a Sunday night when we had a plumbing emergency for our tenants and couldn’t get anyone else in our area to come out. It was no problem for him and he was more than happy to come out to us right away despite us being quite far away and it being 8pm on a Sunday night! He was able to fix the problem for us and explained in very thorough detail what was going on and what to expect in the future. He was so friendly and professional and I’d highly recommend him & his team to anyone! Thank you Ben, appreciate you!!

I cannot recommend Ben and his apprentice Cooper highly enough. They've helped me with several issues, including a washing machine installation problem, pipe repair and toilet blockage. Ben is a meticulous professional who clearly prides himself on the highest quality work, but he's also a very genuine and thoroughly decent person who listens carefully and talks you through everything he does. I've been fortunate to get his help the same day each time I've had to call him.
