I was initially treated by Nick for a running related leg injury and other niggles during marathon training.Being a mid-forties recreational runner I'm a tough gig when it comes to treatment. I've tried countless allied health services. Nick, however was able to efficiently target the root causes of my injuries, develop proactive strategies to prevent the injury re-occurring and always able to squeeze me in for a pre-event tune up!

Prior to seeing Nick at Matrix Health I was constantly feeling fatigued, unmotivated with brain fog and generally unhealthy. Over the past 12 weeks Nick has provided me with a general health reset program where he has provided weekly treatment consultations and advice on how to improve my overall well-being. Over this time, the fatigue and brain fog has gone, motivation has improved out of sight and I generally feel better throughout all hours of the day. If you are hesitant about joining, do not be, I couldn’t recommend the tailored program, treatment and advice any more.

Nick was an absolute legend. Great hands-on osteo, who helped clear up a heap of tension in my neck. Gave me some great advice about diet, sleep, breathing techniques and some stretches to keep me going too. Great service!
