They were perfect in every way, from consultation to install to handover. Jasmin was very easy to get in contact with and kept me updated every step of the process. Our house build was delayed several times and they accommodated us without a problem. 5 stars, would definitely recommend for a no headache and fantastic pool install.

Jason, Jasmin and Ben were great to deal with. They explained everything really well and always took time to answer questions. The pool build, installation and handover was amazing. Jasmin is so efficient in the office, always getting back to emails within minutes. I would highly recommend these guys.

We employed Narellan Pools to install a 3m plunge pool in our back yard.We found Jason Shamoun the franchisee to be very enthusiastic and positive, which helped us to decide what we wanted.The installation went smoothly in a timely manner, even when problems arose, they were dealt with with thoughtfulness and experience.We are delighted with our pool, and can't wait to finish the landscaping and use it every day.

Amazing. When I was looking for quotes I thought they were more. But then realised they were better value. Jason helps so much. Not like other builders. Helped me a lot. Kind. And his team Ben and Jasmin are so good. So glad I went with them. So happy. They are so easy and helpful.
