Navid and the team are one of the best structural engineers on the market. I reached out to him when I got disappointed with another structural engineer's work which was too much overkill. Navid have proposed a very workable design respecting my needs and budget. I believe most of the structural engineers do not really design for your work specially with small projects and go with the most overkill members to save themselves in the future which may cost the client fortune to build something they do not really need. This was not the case but Vanna Boma and as per my experience and research. Their design was very practical and tailored to my needs. I highly recommend Vanna Beam.
