Great size store plenty of good products if you know what your after your self by all means go there.But 3 different staff members I come across on 2 different days are just outright rude and arrogant and act like they don’t want to be there to start with. Other than the staff needing to learn some basic customer skills it’s not badly priced items they have.

I went in to ask for some help getting a car ready for roadworthy and resale. The cashier was very helpful assisting me with getting the correct parts, the technician Tony is an absolute legend! Fitting my wipers, clearing the water jets, and pointing me in the best direction for further works on my car. Such a wealth of experience and knowledge which he was happy to share. Hats off to Tony and the other staff 10/10!

Highly recommend this business. The staff at Autobarn Delacombe recently helped me out with an older rear view camera that needed attention, and they went above what I'd normally expect for customer service from any other company. Really happy with the result, and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Will definitely go back when I have need.

Tony was amazing and super helpful. Literally the best customer experience I’ve ever had, he helped me fix an issue with my battery terminals and was nothing but friendly the entire way and when it came down to it the price was better than I could’ve ever hoped. Thanks so much Tony!

Descent size store. If you're a car buff, you'll like it here. I'm old and slow, and I seemed to be a nuisance to the staff, asking for help with a $15 spray paint to match my car. We got there in the end.

Terrible customer service. Asked for help finding something, worker said “can’t you see I’m busy” then pointed me in the complete wrong direction to what I was after. Utterly disappointed in the service.
