Twice I have called Keily's for assistance with warranty repairs, as they are the only authorised repairer in our area and Tracey is the rudest person to deal with and extremely unprofessional, on two different occasions I have had to communicate with Tracey and her service is appalling. Both times my matters where unresolved, due to her lack of service.

This company doesn't respect their customers well enough, their employees need to work on the way they speak to people. I wouldn't recommend going with this company.

We needed our aircons looked at, they weren't able to book me in for a while but ended up coming the very next day after a cancellation and were super lovely and knowledgeable. Will use again!

Finally found a fridge repairer that fixes the fridge; not try to sell you a new one! Very happy with service, very professional job. Friendly and helpful, will be relying on them for future work.
