Tim from Kennards Concrete Care in Rocklea could not have been more thorough in his explanation of the running and use of the Putzmeister SP11 grout pump.He also voluntarily delivered the unit to site when our towing electrics were found to be incompatible.Tim then stayed on to ensure our working knowledge of the grout pump and as he knew the difficulties involved with the particular product we were spraying he assisted far above and beyond what most hirers would do.I can honestly state that without Tim staying to oversee and handle the pump we would not have completed the job and would have most likely ended up damaging the equipment as well.Employees like this are solid Gold and I hope Kennards appreciate this man.But then, in my thirty years of hiring equipment from Kennards, I have found them always ready to go above and beyond.No matter which branch I'm dealing with.Tim however outshone them all at our job.Trevor, Suncoast Sandblasting.
