Studio Yoga and its teachers are very well qualified, professional, nurturing, warm, friendly and welcoming. They live and breath their practice. There are lots of classes to join in on. highly recommend Studio Yoga In Ivanhoe.

Lizzie James has both a warmth and energy and strong connection with all students. She is knowledgeable and able to connect well with all students, regardless of background. In a world of constant connection Lizzie enables you to truly connect with your inner self and provides you with the opportunity to connect at a very basic and profound level.Certainly worth attending a class to experience the difference you can feel.
