Shopping at Coles Forum Mandurah today 28th April 2023. Found at checkout more self serve check outsInstalled.Can someone from Coles explain why this is occurring. There were two manned checkouts available 0nly with four shoppers lined up. There were new 6 self serve checkouts and only one customer using them.This tells me that customers want manned check outs. Especially pensioners.Coles have put up all their prices throughout the pandemic which remained after the pandemic. Where have the staff gone?People are not stupid. Price hikes, getting rid of staff means high profits.I noticed today 9ne half price offer on a normal size toothpaste was $5 and the claim they are normally $10. We have never paid $10. Its simply bogus and price fudging.

Just noticed that Coles Mandurah Forum have remove 8-10 manned checkouts. All checkouts, except three, are now self serve. Can't wait to see how this stupid decision plays out on busy shopping days. Must have gotten rid of a dozen or more staff in order to save money, yet prices are still high.Going to find somewhere else to shop where there are people employed.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND TIDY, BUT THE ONE GRIPE WAS THAT THE CANDY WAS ACROSS FROM THE TUNA ISLE WHICH GET'S ME CONFUSED EVERYTIME. STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.

Good selection of many chain stores, including big supermarkets. But parking is very poorly signed! Lost my car here twice! At least colour code and assign a number to each row, please people
