Joran was amazing and very knowledgeable. I was unsure of the process given the current pandemic, but he made the whole process so simple and guided me through everything. He always responded quickly when I had questions and discussed all the options that I had to fix my computer. There really is nothing you want more than outstanding customer service in stressful situations and on top of that he fixed and had me picking up my computer in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend Joran to anyone who has computer troubles and will be returning in the future.

My MacBook Air had a battery problem and I was looking to get it replaced. Joran was referred to me few people on a local dads group.He provided an estimate and contact free service with all Covid safety measures in place. Very quick turnaround as well. Axel from JCR Computers came through when I was having problems with migrating to Apple Mojave and lost a lot of apps. Thanks to the backup system Axel designed and installed for me, I was able to go back and reinstall the previous version and got everything working again. Thanks Axel, you saved me money, time and more grey hairs.
