I'm from Queensland and I came here to order their bbq combination with rice. I love duck meat and this was the best I've had in a while. Wouldn't fault them a bit..great customer service as well..5 stars..

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely Chinese restaurant in Newcastle. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Newcaslte. Highly recommend!

To the male staff who worked there on 17/02/22 at 2 pm. YOU HAVE RUINED MY DAY! Super TERRIBLE customer service! I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!I have ordered a 8 dollars small box (2 dishes) takeaway this afternoon and the staff didn’t listen to me at all. He took two containers and put each dish in each container with rice. I told him I ordered one 8 dollar takeaway with 2 dishes.He was rude to me and said “So are you saying you don’t want them now? Ok, I’m going throw them in the bin then” So at the end I paid $16 for the food that I DID NOT ORDER. ALSO, as I paid $16, I SHOULD have 2 dishes with rice in EACH container! Please have customer service training for your employees!
