Since then, the cornice has dropped, twice, in two separate locations. Although he fixed the first problem, he has not bothered to return calls alerting him to the second issue. Despite no less than 6x phone calls from our agent + sms and phone calls from us. The property went to auction on 18 Feb. Although within their right to do so, the new owners did not delay settlement on the provision the dropped cornice would be fixed. Now, we have to pay someone else to fix the apparent lack of tradesman-ship!

I can't believe this company is still in business. I had AGS Interior paint my townhouse internally. The work was of poor quality and despite Amir promising to come back and fix/complete the job, nothing was done despite many phone calls and emails.

Excellent tradesmen, clean, reliable and very efficient. They did not rush but carried out their respective trades: carpentry, plastering and painting in a most professional and competent manner. I would have no qualms in recommending Amir and his tradesmen. Thank you
