Rang Battery World as I need a test done on a AGM battery for a warranty claimThe response was a come back in a week and bring $35.00 with youI then rang Darren at Positive Batteries and he couldn’t be more helpful, was explained that I was only in town for a few days and he said bring it straight over and and quoted $20.00Couldn’t ask for better customer service thanks to all the Positive staff that made the issue a pleasant one .

Not only was his customer service and advice second to none, but he was able to help us solve the issue caused by the actions of another Rockhampton business, which in turn, saved us a lot of money, stress, and time! Went in to store, as I was missing bolts from battery purchased in Mackay at Kings. Positive Batteries were not only friendly and helpful, but gave me the missing parts free. I absolutely love this store.
