Brought a battery two weeks ago, it was faulty. Car wouldn’t start. Put old battery back in, car started ok. Got a replacement today as first chance of taking it back. Unfortunately, faulty once again. Indicator is red, says see supplier. Third time lucky maybe. Not angry, just disappointed.

When home & not travelling I always buy my car batteries from these guys. Never any issues, knowledgeable, willing to test and fit battery for you they also sell solar panels, jump starter packs, etc. I’ve been a return customer for at least 10 years.Just today I made a warranty claim on the starter battery of our Landcruiser. It was in service for 2 years and 11 months (3 year warranty), Jason tested it and replaced it no questions asked. Thanks.

I live out of the city. Twice I have been sold the wrong battery. Understandable because they make model of the car had a few battery options. When told this she in purchasing from the owner I asked if I could get my money back and he answered that I could. Thus I went ahead with sale. Twice now I have travelled into town and twice now I have been issued with wring battery. Today I was told by the assistant that they didn’t have in stock what I needed but it could be ordered in. I said I’d like my money back and I would source it elsewhere. He refused and said he did not have the authority to .. ‘my boss would come in tomorrow and sack me if I did’. Interesting company trust policy, given that this employee is an ex policeman. I asked him to contact his boss and he refused to...said he was out eyeing his Harley and wouldn’t answer. I then asked him to text him and he flat our refused. I am a solo mother who lives remotely. I have a small child and I need a car. This car cannot be charged. And I have to wait until the boss returns from his Harley ride...tomorrow maybe. Here’s hoping I don’t need my car to take my child anyway in an emergency or drop him at school. Just sayin...
