Carl was exceptionally welcoming! He has a warm, kind and honest energy about him. From the moment we walked in he was helpful, honest and genuine. His knowledge and professionalism was exceptional, Carl feels more like a friend than a sales representative. He was not pushy in any way and ensured we found the right mattress for us both. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you Carl, we are very excited to receive our BED!!!! We highly recommend him!! Marc and I cannot wait to taste your curry :)

I was happy with the mattress I chose from Snooze Northland .i hand already decided before i went and bought it. I paid extra 80 dollars to have it delivered , now here is were trouble happened for me. First they change date agree on for delivery saying I mucked it up *despite my pointing out day they claim they were delivering I was to be at hospital, so no I would not have agreed to that day, plus I had written the agree day in my diary. The man i spoke to from Delivery Ross was very very rude to me, I am elderly and not used to being talked to like that . So they changed the day but they made sure that I would be put out by making the delivery at 7am to 9 am. I explained that I am elderly and have a career coming to shower me during that time . The did not care . They did come at 7.15 am , carried mattress from truck, dropped it on the concrete , then carried it up the stairs and put it in the wrong room . I had paid the extra for them to take up the stairs. Now i have a mattress in the wrong room , they didn't care , i will have to step around with my walking stick untill my son in laws come move it for me . Snooze was great easy service , but their delivery service is very rude and bad . Be careful with dealing with them triple check everything they arrange and say .

When you buy a mattress, you buy the aftercare too.I purchased the SleepTailor Silver in December 2021. This mattress comes with a 10 year warranty that's not worth the paper its written on.Snooze were largely unhelpful and dismissive, Daryl had an answer for everything.I would AVOID Snooze and Select O Pedic.These pictures illustrate my concerns;All not deemed a manufacturing defect or covered under warranty.

Had a really good experience with one of the people working here, Carl, who was very knowledgeable and so helpful and found me exactly what I needed at a price I could afford!! Couldn’t be happier :):)

I came in a few weeks ago for a new mattress not really knowing where to start. Matt was incredibly helpful, attentive and honest. He took the time to understand what I was after and didn't try to push me towards a more expensive mattress for the sake of it. I ended up purchasing a Sleep Tailor Silver mattress with a protector as recommended.After going through every other bedding store in this complex he was absolutely a stand out!

Thank you to Daz and Simon. Made our shopping experience enjoyable. (We previously had not so great experiences in trying to buy a new mattress!) these guys were helpful, gave us time to try things without being pushy. Took the time to recommend and talk through things with us. Was an easy decision to buy from them. Really impressed with product knowledge and service and the friendliness. Now to wait for the delivery and a good nights sleep!

We went into snooze looking to purchase a tempur pillow. After 10 minutes we had to approach someone for assistance. We asked Rhys to assist. He was very unenthusiastic and unhelpful. They didn't have a wide range. I asked about a different pillow which I read about online and he was quite condescending with his answers. He made me feel very dissatisfied so I had to excuse myself.I am certainly not a pillow or bedding expert and I would expect a salesperson to be open-minded and generate discussion to suit what I am looking for.I will buy my pillow elsewhere.

Best service I’ve had ever. Carl was incredible, intelligent, allowing us time to consider our options. He knew the products inside and out, in no way talked up a brand or swayed us away from a brand. We never felt rushed and but relaxed in our decision and he attended to all our needs in relation to warranty, delivery, and any variables. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to improve the look and practicality of our purchases and checked directly if we could have made to measure components for our chosen suite. Brilliant, would travel miles for this service, minimum.
