Just wow ....they want you to be at ease when shopping...the staff ask you if you need help..but still leave you alone enough for you to make a good decision great advice...they say bring your pet ..in they mean it.. Just if you're pet is not social keep it at home...I am loyal customer for this reason...Go pet barn

The worst service I’ve ever had going there. Rude and pushing products I did not go in there for. Iv been buying dog food and things there for years. And because I’d had a Break for a few months they refused to give the marked discount. She said I had to get on the web and buy it to get the discount. Standing at the checkout with a $50 bag of dog food I walked out at how ridiculous the system was. From an ex loyal customer…

I have been in a number of times now both with and without my puppy, the team are very friendly every time and I get to treat it a bit like a social outing for him. They are very helpful and on the recent visit helped to calm my puppy who was unusually stressed, which was really awesome. Great work ! Thanks for being AWESOME

Decent prices, easy location, very friendly staff. Can sometimes be out of stock or short on some supplies, but staff are often willing to sort you out. Great bird room - don’t often see a big bird area at pet stores, and I am a bird fan through and through.

I find shopping at Petbarn Mackay easy and cost effective. By buying locally I receive the pet feeder discount each month. If I need to ask the staff anything they always know their products. The staff are friendly and obviously love the animals.

You can bring your animals in the store, they have a water bowl for them at the door and they can pick out their favorite toys here too. Great products.
