Coffee pretty ordinary, sliw service and the banana bread stale. This place doesn't seem to get any better ni matter who has the cafe.

Horrible experience, waited 30 minutes for a shake and small chips, which both tasted awful the shake was watered down literally tasted like water, the hot chips were soggy and tasted off, when they finally gave us the food the girl didn’t even apologise or say thanks for waiting. I really wanted to like this cafe but I’m not sure what’s happening with the staff the girls were munching on food while we were waiting, please train your staff more efficiently when it comes to customer service and maybe hire more staff who know what their actually doing.

Little Chef & Grumpy’s Cafe Ettalong
Has been taken over by new owners and I'm not exaggerating that it's the worst coffee in Australia. Weak, cold and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Had hoped it would be a better change but worse off now.Walked in with coffees that we had bought earlier, ordered food and got told off for sitting down as we didn't order our coffees from the cafe. Just moved here and this was our first and last experience at this cafe.

Great little cafe on Ocean Beach. Yummy fresh reasonably priced food. Great views. The cafe staff are lovely.

Disgraceful, $15 for a chicken schnitzel, lettuce and Mayo wrap, chicken as thick as two tooth picks, they don't even have Mayo but only garlic aioli, even tho on the menu it says Mayo lol, 40 minute wait for 2 wraps before peak time. Shhmoakeys pies which are voted best pies in Australia are not even cooked long enough so they fall apart ( still the best pies just buy them elsewhere )fantastic location but what a waste of space, ahh well I'm sure those profits roll In. Have some pride with the food and service you actually provide. Hopefully you can improve.

Beautiful spot with a phenomenonal view. New owners of the shop are by far better than the last. Still room for improvement, though, but understood it could all be a learning curve. Food is either cooked and presented really well or very subpar, depending on the chef. Nothing a little guidance and training couldn't fix.Shop is clean, and the owner is beyond kind and courteous and obviously knows what he is doing, just staff could do with some training.
