Today I went to drop off my KTM for a top end rebuild pre booked with Ray, from kambalda where I live, only to be served by his wife on arrival with nothing but a disgusting attitude towards me about having already organised with her husband to have it dropped off today while I go back to work tomorrow and her telling me to just leave it out the front of the shop because there was no room out the back! She was the rudest person I have ever met in my life she was literally out to start and argument so I asked for my deposit back and that I will take my bike down the road! I would NOT recommend this shop purely because of her to anyone at all ever and will never ever go back there to waste my breath, time or money!! I can guarantee because of her they don't quite get the business they want and that she needs a new job and life it was that immature and very unprofessional for a business. Thanks for this unexpected experience today I have learnt from other bike shops in kalgoorlie that they are the most over priced shop in town, cheers for helping me not lose my money with such a dodgy set up.

I broke down just West of Laverton, WA on my motorcycle crossing Australia from East to West in February. I was dropped off in Kalgoorlie and Ray assessed and sorted what was needed in 20 minutes. One part was sent overnight from Perth. Next morning Ray sorted the bike out in a few hours and I was on my way. Great efficient service by a master mechanic.
