An amazing and professional experience every time, can't praise it highly enough. From the moment you pull up, having someone document and chauffeur your car, an efficient and friendly front desk, fruits, tea and coffee when waiting, and even a complimentary drop off/pick up shuttle. They even do a quick clean of your car! Too good. 6/5 stars, if I could.

Bought a Mazda CX-5 here and had it serviced here since (hitting 90,000km now) and it's always been a positive experience. The service prices are always clear, free rental car has always been available for me, pick up is always on time and there has never been a problem.Customer service is always great (Josh and the concierge at the front deserve a raise). They have handled the COVID lockdown very well with systems in place to feel safe, yet not cumbersome, awkward and slow, like other businesses.

Sadly disappointed by a centre I've been taking my car to a few times for servicing. I sought clarification of a common fault of my particular model's infotainment system. Staffer couldn't give a straight answer, ignored my questions but was eager to book me in anyway. I contacted another Mazda dealer who advised me my issue was still covered by warranty and they'd honour it. Phillip Mazda conveniently left out that important bit of info. I'd rather do a round trip from the South to North for my car issues, knowing I'll not only find resolution but I'm learning how to look after my car. I'm sure my situation isn't isolated. Phillip Mazda, not for me!

Very well organised vehicle dealer. Always responsive to our needs. Got two cars from them over the years. Recently Danny Parascos helped us. Very enthusiastic and helpful person.

After reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous when I put my car there for service. But I think they have improved their service. Very well organized and very professional and polite staff.I really like the staff.The last that delivered the car to me, after servicing it. She is so patience, I asked her a few questions about my new car, how to use certain features, and she was always ready to help and never rush me to finish.Thank you, that was an out of expectation service.Many thanks.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Staff requires customer service training. Booked an appointment with Mazda Service centre to check and fix my BSM system. They didn’t fix the problem and charged me $165 to do nothing. Please do not go there. Just waste of Money.
