There were at least four staff near a really long line to the register and one staff on register. Other staff made no move to get people through. And you wonder why people go online.

Has good products and workers are friendly, but every time we go there it’s crazy messy. Store needs to be tidied up. It’s hard to find anything and to even walk around.

Plenty of stock,stuff everywhere,literally.I went in wanting some hiking boots,not a person around to help,people were just helping themselves, customer service has definitely gone out the window,couldn't find what I wanted so went elsewhere where I had assistance with what I was looking for and purchased from them,Macpac.

Good place for outdoor adventure gears and shopping. Friendly staff in the bicycle section. Ample parking space. Easily accessible.

Poor customer service. We bought 3 hose organizing bags on sale yesterday. Realized we one was too small. Returned to the store to exchange to a bigger one today, 17 April 23. The sale apparently ended yesterday. I politely asked a girl to check if it's possible to pay the difference based on yesterday's sale price since we had just made the purchase yesterday. After checking on the phone she said no.She was quite cold but tolerable. Disappointed with the answer I asked for a refund while my partner was making a point saying how silly the policy was. Another woman wearing glasses butted in and said it's only a 3 dollar difference etc etc fueling the already heated conversation. She even accused my partner of being aggressive when it was just a customer sounding disappointed.By then I was so cross that asked if I should take a photo of her face and showed her what an aggressive look actually looked like, to which she replied 'yes'.A third woman then said I was not allowed to do that. As if I was really going to take a photo, I was merely making a point about her workmate's aggressive behavior.The first girl refunded the money in the end. I asked her for the name of the woman wearing glasses but she said she was not allowed to give out names. She said it was illegal! What rubbish!I just think the whole thing could have been handled better. Don't think we'll come back to this store again. Do yourself a favour and read the reviews before you go in. As I found out later that there are plenty more reviews complaining about bad customer service here.

Went on 16th june around 3:30pm lovely girl working there so helpful never met such a nice person before , helped my son to decide the shoes for him , i wish i could know her name, the only thing i know she was fixing the shoes boxes ..Thanks alot

Returned an online order and the staff were very helpful with the whole process.

Prices were OK, lots of sale items. More registers needed to be opened! The line for the registers was very very long (back into the shoe area) however only 2 registers were open.
