I am very impressed with the services I received from DBHL. I live in Texas currently, and my home in Melbourne is rented; two weeks ago the tenants informed that the F& P double oven thermostat was not working. My Property Manager contacted the Electrician who, without even inspecting the oven, had said that the oven needed to be replaced, as repairing an oven wasn't worth it! I was quite disappointed, especially being overseas I thought my chances of finding a good tradesman would be nearly impossible.However, I did my due diligence online (thank God that the world is indeed 'small' on the web!), and found DBHL web site which seemed very explicit and impressive. I also spoke to Corkhill Appliances who had done a couple of appliance jobs for me prior who said they do not repair ovens but they recommended another family owned business from northern suburbs close to my home. I had a bias towards the latter company as I thought DBHL may be a 'BIG' company and may not care much for their customers. However, having spoken to staff at both companies, I decided to go with DBHL who completed the job without any delay or hassle to me or the tenants. I am one happy customer who would remain with this company, and here are the reasons why:1. Their FAQs answered most of my questions.2. The customer service was excellent, in that they answered all the questions I had without rushing me through.3. To the contrary of my presumption, I was told they are a small business.4. They completed the job with integrity and in a timely fashion.5. Their costs are very competitive and reasonable.7. lastly, but not in the least, they were the most reliable.THANK YOU & WELL DONE DBHL! What a great service! Cant recommend DBHL enough. Great communication i was booked in really promptly and was given updates when they were approaching. The job was done well and my oven was fixed. I would 100% use again and recommend to others.

We booked Dave 6 years ago when we bought our house and couldn't get the oven working - he came out and gave us a lesson on how to use our oven! There was nothing wrong with it that a few clues didn't sort out - then he didn't charge us. I kept his number because I was bowled over by his integrity and generosity. 6 years later said oven actually did stop working - called him and out he came, exactly on time, fixed it there and then with a new element and was very fair with his pricing. He even threw in a couple more oven lessons :o)Definitely keeping keeping his number!

Our Westinghouse gas oven was not firing after a light globe fused. We were in a bind as we had a roast being cooked. I googled DBHL called the and was asked a to leave a message , I didn't. I then received a callback from Dave and I told him the problem. Dave immediately told me how to fix the problem and told me to call back if his fix didn't work. Dave's work around did fix the issue. I would like to compliment Dave for his professionalism and courtesy . I even offered to pay for his service when I called to thank him, but he pleasantly declined.. He epitomizes what good service means. I will now call DBHL from now on for any oven work I require . Thank you Dave.

After putting up with an overheating oven for 3 months I contacted BBHL service [Repair my oven. ] I was given a price for replacing a thermostat and I made a booking. Dave arrive promptly and the service was excellent. The price was good and Dave gave me the part number for an oven knob when It needed to be replaced.I highly recommend this service
