All On 4 Clinic

After having woeful dentures causing permanent pain for 45 years and needing my food to be puréed, as chewing was a nightmare. I had to get serious help.Choosing to have All On 4 implants a few months ago, has been nothing short of a miracle. I eat “real food” now, without any pain and I have been given a whole new life. Food is an adventure now and I savour every meal. I laugh and my teeth don’t fly out of my mouth.My sincerest thanks to Doctor Alex and all his staff. They treated me like a VIP.PS, I look pretty fabulous too, for a gal who turns seventy this month.Thanks again to you all and I’d recommend this procedure in a nanosecond.

My Mum did implant since 2008 ,was Excellent ,Dr Alex he does fantastic job , my mum very happy for it , it Really can change her life , it was like a real tooth , so l'm highly recommended. Thanks again for Dr Alex.

So happy with my all on four denture. Staff went out of their way to ensure I was looked after even driving me back to my hotel after the procedure. The procedure itself was quick with no issues, I was back to work within 2 days. I also had treatment on my nasolabial folds whilst under. The clinic is over 2 hours away from my home however my experience has been so positive, should I be looking to get anything more done I will happily travel the distance to know I am dealing with the best. Best money I have ever spent!

Dr Fibishenko is a true professional. His experience and reputation is second to none. For implants, I wouldn't trust anyone else after coming across Dr Alex.100% recommend.

Looking into dental implants I came across All on 4 in Burwood and decided to blindly book myself a consultation.This in fact was the turning point of my life and has been the best decision I have ever made.I was warmly welcomed by all the staff in the clinic and was informed by Dr Fibishenko about the procedure I would need.A thorough examination took place and very quickly I was accommodated by having the procedure as I was going overseas.I had Zygoma implants and I now lookback thinking why didn't I do this years ago!!I feel so much more confident consistantly laughing and smiling.My mouth feels and looks amazing and cannot thank Dr Fibishenko enough .I will be forever grateful to him for the way I look and will look from now on.I would like to commend Dr Fibishenko and all the staff at the clinic for the outstanding work they do and I would highly recommend anyone needing implants to book that consultation at the All on 4 Dental Clinic.Forever SmilingVaia

If I could give 0 stars - I WOULD. I chose this practice after many months of endless research and review reading and reading about how Alex was a leader in the all on 4 procedure. The option for sleep dentistry was very important to me and I feel as though I was very aware of what was going on. I have SEVERE dental phobia/trauma and it was a deeply personal, hard and confronting thing to do for me however I believed this was the correct place to get the smile I so desperately wanted and deserved. My PTSD was triggered and I felt ignored, brushed off and dismissed when voicing my fears and opinions. The whole process felt rushed and cold. I made a note of needing to not hear and see anything being done, was assured I wouldn’t but I certainly did. It felt unorganised and I felt very uninformed and like I had no time to come to terms with the surgery or how I was feeling about this operation. I felt needles going into my mouth and I felt incredibly deep pain and did not feel like the anaesthetic was thorough. Once in “recovery” which was just 3 chairs with a curtain around them, I was moved to a store room up the back which was full of dental equipment and an assistant came in and asked me if I had transferred the money to their account yet even though I was in a lot of pain and still groggy from the anaesthetic. I was only a few meters away from another patient having work done which once again triggered my ptsd and made me feel very upset and uncomfortable. When choosing the colour and shape of my new teeth I was also ignored. I asked for beautiful white teeth and Alex made a point of saying they “don’t do the fake white” colour and asked a dental nurse to go and see if she could find the “fake white” colour samples. My preferred treatment plans and teeth preferences were ignored the entire time. I wanted my implants a mm longer and they remained the same length. My daughters came to pick me up and I was in tears, they were also there for the final insertion of the teeth and can vouch that it was done quickly and dismissively. Knowing my phobia of sounds and the things around me, I was left in the chair for a significant amount of time before Chris came to put the teeth in and was told “it’s just noises” when I voiced that I was feeling anxious and scared, he then put them in so quick that even the dental nurse was surprised. I felt terribly embarrassed and let down after leaving my trust in these so called caring professionals and am still so upset that I was left feeling so embarrassed and ignored. This clinic is only after your hard earned and saved money. I paid a total of $31,000 and am no better off. I requested botox in my jaw as I grind and clench my teeth and it wasn’t done, therefore my $31,000 teeth have been ground down to almost nothing. I went here seeking a more aesthetically pleasing and functional smile and have been totally let down. I was informed that these implants were the inferior ones and if I wanted the better ones they would cost an additional &10,000. I felt so embarrassed, traumatised and upset that I physically couldn’t attend the post op checkup as I mentally couldn’t handle being belittled and ignored again. My teeth have costed me an absurd amount of money, I would be happy to pay that amount if I got what I asked for and wanted however this couldn’t be further from that. A practice that only displays their glowing reviews should be a big enough red flag. Absolutely devastated with this experience and the results. Even if I didn’t get the upgraded teeth, they should not be in this condition after only almost 2 years. Do not be fooled, these people do not care for your well-being or changing your life via your smile - they care about MONEY. It has taken me this long to be able to speak up about my horrible experience and treatment but I hope very much that this deters anybody else coming here and giving them any of their money. I don’t ever do reviews but this is one that I couldn’t bring myself not to FINALLY speak about. I don’t believe it’s fair that you only get to see success stories.

5 Stars for Ballarat and Burwood.Outstanding dental experience, and that is coming from someone who hears the word dentist- and is getting sweaty palms:-(As a kid I broke the arm rest of the dentist's chair- you know where I am coming from?So let me start.........it will be a long review as there is so so much to cover.Take your time- it's worth it. If you think about it- do it and do it at Smile Studio Ballarat.I drove 200km to this clinic and I will continue to drive 400km's round trip- I don't care. What I have experienced there in passion for dentistry, a hard working team (couldn't do enough for you). And of course a highly trained Doctor. Dr. V is her nickname here.Dr. Vandana Budhwar.My appointment started at Hannah (Reception), a full 360' degree X-ray was taken and then I met Erin and Dr. Vandana for a consult. My issues were ranging from tooth decay and gum recession and a loose tooth.Outcome was, let me say urgent.I received a quote for an All-on-4 upper jaw treatment with 4 implants and 12 teeth on a titanium frame.Bottom jaw, single implant in front with 2 teeth fitted, 1 tooth extraction on 3.7 and 1 crown on tooth 3.6. Clean up of my other bottom teeth and I kept them.Overall quote including the anaesthetist (gas man) fee was $40300 dollars.Very happy with that so I gave the ok to go ahead, now toFelicity (patient coordinatior) she was amazing in coordinating all this and answered all my questions leading up to the surgery.Believe me she is probably sick of reading my name in the email inbox :-) as I mentioned earlier the team could not do enough for you.1 week before your surgery date roughly you need an ECG and a blood test done and Felicity will send a few scripts to a pharmacy near you for Pre-OP medication and a mouth wash.Be strict with it that is important.Day of surgery: 23/11/2022 9amWear comfy cloth, bring a blanket don't be anxious, they do that kind of surgery every day. :-) I know easy said.I met the gas man Dr. SHAKTI they call him, he explained complications and a couple of issues before he send me to sleep. Good night.Roughly 5 hours later I woke up- obviously with a sore face :-), top teeth removed and 3 implants put in my top jaw.Pain was not too bad at this stage- wearing like a headband with ice packs in it. You'll get good pain medication to take to the hotel.Whilst in recovery the team prints you some temporary teeth- yes printed :-) you will not leave the clinic without teeth.Unfortunately I had a small set back as my jaw bone in the top left, was too thin or hollow to put the 4th top implant in- Dr.V organised for me the following week to go down to Melbourne All on 4 clinic (Burwood) and meet Dr. Alex Fibishenko who would do a zygoma implant (cheekbone implant).Check YouTube All on 4 Dr. Alex Fibishenko. Great Videos available. I watched all of them and then I was star struck when I met Alex.Super organised, professional, in my eyes he is a genius, had even time after my recovery for a couple of photos.This was all done on the 05/12/2022 in the afternoon.Another surgery- shorter one- 1hr and 45 minutes all up. Just 1 cheekbone implant this time.Again I can not speak highly enough of the Ballarat team, as Erin and Vandana were there with me for my surgery in Melbourne.If you like me, from further away- the clinic recommends to stay a night in a motel/hotel. Just precautionary and you are not allowed to drive- bring a carer or driver for the surgery date.We stayed a night in Ballarat and also a night in Melbourne after the second surgery.As I am writing this review now 16/12/22 (11 days after the second surgery) I am not completely pain free, which is normal after two major surgeries. But it is getting better everyday.I received my final teeth on Wednesday the 7/12/22 back in Ballarat.Soft food diet for up to 3 months- but hey beats dentures any day of the week.Outstanding job, well done to Ballarat and Burwood.Amazing.Thanks so much SSB, and Burwood.
