My husband and l have used Geoff's mowers for years but the last l went he was so rude when l asked him to service on ride on. He said no and walked off, leaving his wife and myself standing there and when l said l guess he won't service it she looked embarrassed and said it doesn't look like it. We have never had a problem before had always done a great at a good price but after the last time lmwill never use him again. Its ok because l have found a new mower man in moe who talks and tells what's going on. Very disappointing but never go here again

Geoff would not fine tune my wipper snipper or look at it because he stated I have already serviced it myself. Annoying because I even called in advance and didn't tell me that until I got there. Even brought a lawn mower off them in the past. Would avoid going here at all costs, you don't know what type of mood Geoff would be in.

My Ryobi whipper snipper has been sitting in the shed for 2 years. Has been a great machine & I drained the fuel when I stored it. I have all the attachments and have loved using it. I'm so busy at the moment so I rang to ask if they would check the spark plug, put some fuel in it & start it up for me. They said sure thing & to bring it down. When I got there the chap took one look and said its a Ryobi so throw it in the bin. Thanks guys. You could have told me that you don't want to touch Ryobi over the phone & save me the trip. So dealing with this business unnecessarily cost me time.

Always great to deal with. Happy to offer advice over the phone to fix a problem with my mower. I tried it and worked, saving me money. Highly recommend this business. They have serviced my mowers, ride-on mower and brush cutter and have always done a great job and very happy the help.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of Geoff repairing/sharpening garden equipment for me. What outstanding and friendly service. Today (11am) I left a lawnmower for a service and a polesaw and chainsaw for sharpening and by 4pm they were all ready. If only other businesses offered such gold star service.Well done Geoff and Judy
