Had solar system installed late 2016 by EB Solar, just recently had a problem arise not connected to install and contacted Bill in their office during Christmas break 2020 who was fantastic in his response. Arranged for contract electrician Matt to come and repair fault in agreed time frame, it was pleasant change to find contractor who returned phone calls and stayed in contact. I originally went with EB Solar for this reason that if I had a issue in the future I felt they would still be around unlike some of the cheaper companies that quoted me at the time. Very happy I chose EB Solar.

Bill took the time to listen to my requirements and designed a solar system appropriate to my needs. Matt, the electrician, did a first-quality installation and the system has exceeded my expectations. My last monthly power bill was only $9! Thank you EB Solar.

Bill came to my house in Newnham. English is not my first language. It was lots of words and information. He was very patient and explained many things. Our solar was installed in August last year after a great visit by Bill, who advised us that a 6.6kw system would more than meet our needs. The installation was stress free, and in our first bill it saved us 50%, then our next bill in January was a $85 credit, needless to say that we're very happy with finally deciding to get solar installed and thoroughly recommend that others do so too. Really happy with the end to end service from EB Solar and their Installers. EB were happy to answer any questions we had, and provided multiple options for us in where to locate our panels. We visited or spoke to them multiple times. On each interaction they were never rushed and ensured we understood the information being supplied. Follow up service was also great in keeping us informed. The installers were very punctual in regards to attending appointments when they advised they were coming, and the quality of their work in regards to installation and walking us through the process and system was outstanding.
