I got a pink slip from them.They were fully booked, but were able to still shift things to fit my car in.They helped me diagnose at no extra charge, all sorts of sounds coming from my BMW, without trying to swindle me.They are very friendly and respectful, also very knowledgeable, and happy to show me everything they diagnosed.Would go back again

Called last minute because my rego was about to expire the following day and needed and inspection. The shop was somehow able to book me in (which I was not expecting). Following this, simo was understanding of my situation and explain the best he could. The shop was also helpful and charged some of the most competitive prices I've seen.

Simo was recommended to us several years ago, and we have had three different cars regularly serviced by him. He is honest and reliable, and we will never go anywhere else. He is always polite and accommodating, and discusses all details of the work to be done.

Excellent customer service, he knows exactly what his talking about and is straight to the point, fair pricing and he has the job done in no time, we have just moved to the area and after seeing his work for ourselves this will be our mechanic, we wouldn't go anywhere else !!

I would not want to go anywhere else. Simo and his team go above and beyond in their efforts. They are trustworthy and reliable and gave us a really good price. And they explained everything so well that we could understand what exactly was wrong with our car. I would really recommend this shop! Fantastic service!

Fabulous! My car arrived in the dark, after hours by the NRMA. I rang Don, he told me where to put the keys and he looked at it the next day! When i couldn't get back to pick it up in business hours, he put the keys somewhere safe and let me take it home, trusting me to pay the invoice he left on my passenger seat! Couldn't ask for a more old school, honest and knowledgeable mechanic!

I’ve had great mechanics in Sydney, but the service by Simo and his team in wollongong is the Best I’ve had anywhere!They service my Volvo, Toyota coaster and Toyota commuter and all run perfect!
