*UPDATE* HAVE SINCE GOT A REPLY. TOTALLY IGNORED MOST OF MY QUERY & SENT A FEW WORDS THAT MADE NO SENSE. THIS CO. DOES NOT CARE NOR ARE THEY CAPABLE OF BASIC CSO SKILLS. TERRIBLE SERVICE had a pick up weeks ago was promised a reconciliation still waiting after multiple emails. leather bedhead & frame has disappeared and they placed my LED tv face down to wrap. cannot get any assistance from anyone. currently on hold for going on 15mins so i hold no hope.

Everything with dealing with Kent was professional. From the quote through to booking and communications was fabulous and pick up was easy and stress free. The packing of my furniture on the day of moving was the best I have seen from my previous moves. I would recommend Kent highly to everyone for your removal needs.

Terrible communication from Kent, extremely difficult to get a hold of the moving consultant - they never sent through confirmation emails or quotes until 2 days prior and only after I was chasing them on multiple occasions - had to leave voicemails, texts etc.Issues on day of move - They never confirmed the time the movers were coming until about 1 hour before. Ended up not being able to be done and had to be moved to another date.I will never again go with Kent and do not recommend them to anyone else. This whole experience has been extremely stressful with major communication issues.

WARNING WARNING DONT TRUST KENT AT COOLUM BEACH OUR LOUNGE AND MY SONS DRAWS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED AND THE OWNER DOESNT CARE HONESTLY IF LOOKING FOR A STORAGE COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE I HAVE NEVER SO UPSET I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY WITH MY POSSESSIONS AND BELONGINGS AND THEY NOT ONLY FAILED THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE STORAGE UNIT I HAVE PICTURES OF IT BUT STILL THE OWNER DOESNT CARE. WE HAVE NO COUCH WE ARE SITTING ON CAMPING CHAIRS BECAUSE WE CANT AFFORD TO BUY A WHOLE BRAND NEW COUCH JUST AFTER OUR NEW ONE HAS BEEN DESTROYED.My partner hired a storage from the 4th of February 2022 to the 26th of may 2022we had our storage unit delivered on Thursday the 26th of may 2022 upon emptying the kent storage unit our $1,300 couch has been destroyed because there has been a leak in the storage unit which has cause our couch to get water damage and mould damage. Upon the removal of the unit on monday the 30th of may 2022. We showed the truck driver removing the unit and he is aware of this I have taken photos of the couch the storage unit and it getting removed. The couch is unfixable and uncleanable as the mould has gone throughout the couch and into the frame of the couch. Our couch is destroyed and they saying they can't do a thing

We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Kent for the great service we received during our move ,from the time we walked in the office at Wacol til all our furniture being picked up and put into storage was fantastic customer service.loved the way everyone introduced themselves to us was great from the removalist guys Nathan and Josh who moved our storage unit at Ipswich an to Steve ,Zack and Daniel who removed our forest glen unit a great job all of you guys looked after our belongings like it was your own .and to Ashley and Peter who we dealt with through bookings great job thanks from Albert & Susan Horsfall.

Great service from Sydney. Poor communication. Unprofessional offloading. Still waiting on one of my items after a month.
