Just going to start off by saying the burgers are excellent I’ve never had a better one it’s perfectly made and fits the bun to its dimensions perfectly, the chips are seasoned with a very tasty amount of herbs and salt and are now in my top 5. thanks for the great meal.

Great to have enjoyed a night out with the family. Food was great and service was really quick! Burgers are well priced and the sweet potato fries is a must.

Food was lush! The seating was comfortable. They have a nice variety on the menu. The wait was not super long and we were seated so not a big deal either way. The tables around us got cleaned by staff as patrons left. The place was clean. Let's get back to talking about the food. I got to sample the Ceasar Burger and it was divine! And I had the mustard and pickle burger for myself. We share our chips which were are selection of sweet potato, potato and I think the third was zucchini. And 3 sauces to dip them so yummy! It was delightful and I wish I had taken photos to share with you. When I am in the area I will have to go back. The grilled burgers are properly grilled!

The staff were very nice and helpful and I will definitely go back a second timeI did try to use the order app but when it came to payment it charged me $2 for a holding charge, but wouldn't charge for the order this happened twice and even the management couldn't understand It.

Dining in, After one bite of my basically cold burger, my 2 yr old son started choking on part of a sweet potato chip, I I was holding him up doing back blows and talking loudly to my son trying to help him which we had the whole table next to us and people from the table opposite us also approaching offering to help. After about 45 seconds we got it and thankfully he spat it out then him crying and screaming as he would. Look around and staff all just starring but not one came to ask if he was ok, offer water or even a napkin!! No napkins to be seen, spit all over him and all over my hands. He kept saying “throat hot” so I ran to get him some burn spray from the supermarket and when we rushed back to the store our table had been cleared by staff. I asked where’s my food and the staff members looked at me and replied ‘I dunno’ I said that’s not good enough and explained my situation and pointed out they all saw what happened and the reply was ‘sorry there’s nothing we can do about it now.Completely Disgusting how the staff acted and or didn’t act at all. Pathetic.

Several bad experiences. Once arrived to pick up my phone order and told it wasn't ready, despite a bag sitting there waiting with my name on it and told Its not yours". 45 minutes later I asked again and was handed the same bag that was sitting there the whole time. A year later I went to place a phone order and was immediately asked "Do you mind waiting"; I made it the whole 10 minute drive home and nobody returned to the phone. I could hear only one customer had been served in this time and all the workers were standing around laughing so they were clearly not busy."

On 4 seperate occasions there have been items missing from our delivery. I have provided feedback directly to the store to which the owner followed up with a phone call apologising however on subsequent orders there continue to be items missing.

So Dissapointing. Our burgers were just warm, same with the chips.I ordered the chicken breast, sweet chilli burger.It was hard to find any chicken in it at all.There were only around 4 other people in the place, so the staff were definitely not overwhelmed with customers.They seemed to be more interested in looking at their phones.Definitely won't be going back there.We were not given menus so had to find them ourselves.Which is no biggie, but let customers know how and where to order.Such a shame, as we have been to the Point Cook store and it was awesome.

Talia and Mike are great employees- I would come back just for the service- they are patient and caring. I had a Chili chicken burger and my husband had a baa baa lamb one, it was excellent - very wellCooked. We took the combo chips which was the zucchini, sweet potato and potato and it was a delish - I wasn’t a big fan of the zucchini because it was a bit oily. But overall the food was great
