It was a really lovely experience dealing with Yan and I absolutely love the design of his signature Gyuto, it’s a pleasure to use – very happy!We met, talked knives, he showed me some beautiful creations of his and I went home with a great addition to our kitchenthe knife is amazing quality and is a dream to use, we have a lot of different Japanese chef knives in our collection, but this is definitely now going to be my go to knife and has taken prime position next to the board

Super responsive and excellent communication from Yan. My knives were in really bad shape with multiple nicks, chips and mixing tips. Yan will detail the costs for each knife for you to approve before doing any work. Now they are restored I'm thrilled with the results and my knives are so much more enjoyable to use. Highly recommend.
