Tried to contact company on Sat morning around 10.15 about a driver driving dangerously in Northconnex ... tailgating a sedan which was clearly driving to the speed limit of 80 kms. I have the rego and will ring the company on Monday morning.

Pretty rotten when they quote on a job to deliver it from Sydney to our place (this confirmed by separate email), then don't. I had to pick it up from their depot 90 minutes away. When asked why - she tells me its because I choose to live in a remote place and that's not their business. I will never use them again.

I wish to express my gratitude to Tim the driver of truck S 22. After arriving at the destination he was delayed due to a delay in getting access.Also the parcel was exceedingly heavy and probably should have been put on truck with tailgate lift. Although only a small fellow and bearing most of the weight himself, with only slight assistance from a over 70 yr old, he managed to carefully unload the parcel.Throughout he remained cheerful and calm.Well done Tim

Shocking customer service, have been waiting on 6 pallets and they cant even locate them in their Chelsea heights depot. They have had the consignment for almost two weeks and still won't provide an ETA stating backlogs, covid, staff shortages and every other excuse in the book. This should have been a 2-3 day job, but no point even chasing it up as you will not get an answer from them.

Use on forwarders that they won't tell you about who don't update tracking. Been waiting over a week for a pallet should call them Hi - Trans Slow

The driver refused to help unload our goods, and doesn't understand what is the door to door delivery service. The company sent us a bill after we have complained about the driver to customer service. The customer service only listens to the driver and not the customer.

I worked here and turned up to start work and the afternoon manager in Sydney threatened me with physical violence and stood over me in a extreme intimidating manor....made a complaint against this behaviour and the complaint wasn't taken seriously.. the guy wasn't cautioned for his behaviour or warned. Nasty place, I did nothing wrong, guy was just a horrible human being so I left, wasn't going to put up with death threats.this workplace is a hostile environment to be in. .this business was recently visited by workcover with multiple safety violations, very unsafe to work for.

Will never be using this freight company again & will never recommend them.I sent 1 x pallet on 16th October to Sydney from Melbourne & still has not been delivered by the 28th October.
